Camp Sacajawea offers three specialized areas of leadership training and development: Camp Program Aide, Bow and Row, and Guard Start, in additon to a special teen program. Girls who successfully complete the program may have an opportunity to share their skills and interests by volunteering at day camp, at other Girl Scout council-sponsored programs or within their own communities. Girls who are active Girl Scouts and wish to apply these trainings for recognition will be awarded the Program Aide pin and through their volunteer hours may earn their Program Aide patch. Volunteer hours may be applied to other community awards programs.
