Family Camping

Planning is already underway for the 2008 Family Camping Weekends at Camp Sacajawea. These thrilling, annual events will take place this year July 18-20 and August 15-17.

Come for the day or overnight, one night or two! Relax, sit by the pool during the day and the campfire at night. Family-style program activities are planned each day. Choose from one of our offerings or create your own. The choice is up to you.

Take a mini-vacation with your family and bring your friends. Choose from the wide variety of options that are available, including: boating/ canoeing; archery; swimming; arts and crafts; family games, and challenges. Families have the option of camping on a platform tent or bringing their own.

Camping for a family of four costs $85 for one night or $150 for the entire weekend; additional family members cost $30 per person. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on Saturday, with breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Snacks are also provided throughout the day. Dinner on Friday is not included.
